Following a major emergency abroad, our client, who had a contractual arrangement with an international emergency relief organisation, faced a huge challenge. A large part of their stock of 40 10 x 50-metre alu halls was immediately used for emergency shelters and emergency hospitals for thousands of people. To meet their obligations, the stock had to be replenished within four weeks. It was up to us to achieve this production within the deadline.

The client always needed to maintain a stock of 40 large tents for emergencies, but due to the deployment of the entire stock, there were no tents left. We were tasked with delivering 20,000 sq m of tents within four weeks to fully replenish this stock. This meant that our production and procurement teams had to work at a record pace to meet the customer’s extreme demands.

In exactly five weeks, the entire order of 20,000 m² of tents was completed and delivered, without any quality issues. Our customer could again count on a fully replenished stock, ready for future emergencies.
