The Flexhal by Tent Trading is our most robust solution, closely matching the quality of a permanent building while retaining the flexibility of a modular system. This steel structure is designed for businesses seeking a solid appearance and high-performance insulation. The Flexhal is supplied as standard with 60 mm PIR sandwich panels for both walls and roof, finished in the modern colour RAL 7016 (anthracite).

We supply the Flexhal as a complete construction kit. Due to the weight and complexity of the steel trusses, installation must be carried out by a specialised contractor (such as a tent rental company or a construction firm experienced in steel structures). If you do not have this expertise in-house, we can connect you with our network of installation partners specialised in our steel systems.

A Flexhal is a semi-permanent building made with a steel structure and fully clad in sandwich panels. It offers the appearance of a fixed warehouse combined with the flexibility of a temporary insulated building. With a large span (up to 30 m) and side heights up to 6 m, it’s ideal for workshops, office space, showrooms, storage or even emergency housing.
The Flexhal is our most permanent-style solution. While aluminium halls often use PVC fabric, the Flexhal is fully enclosed — including the roof — with sandwich panels. This provides the highest level of thermal and acoustic insulation, combined with the appearance of a traditional industrial building and the flexibility of modular construction.
The price of a Flexhal is determined by the floor area, insulation value and additional options. For a 10x30x3 metre model, prices start at €50,000 (excl. VAT). For a larger 20x40x3 metre version, the starting price is €80,000 (excl. VAT). These prices are based on a complete construction kit, including 60 mm PIR sandwich panels for walls and roof in RAL 7016, excluding windows and doors.
The Flexhal is supplied as a prefab building kit. All parts are custom produced and prepared for quick assembly on-site. The walls are made of durable sandwich panels with a clean finish.
Yes. The Flexhal is designed by professional engineers and comes with detailed structural calculations. It complies with European safety standards and is made of fire-resistant materials. Tent Trading can also support you in preparing the required documents for smooth permit approval.
The Flexhal is supplied as a construction kit, but due to the heavy steel trusses and roof panels, specific expertise and equipment (such as a crane or mobile access platform) are required. We therefore recommend installation by a specialist contractor. If needed, we can introduce you to our experienced installation partners.
No. The Flexhal can be installed without a foundation and is securely anchored with heavy-duty ground anchors, ensuring stability on almost any paved surface.
