In-house aluminium production
Our aluminium production is the foundation of our aluminium halls and pagoda tents. Using a 15-meter 5-axis CNC machining center and a Haas CNC machine, we mill, saw, and drill profiles with millimeter precision. In the same production hall, profiles are deburred and pre-assembled, making them ready for your structures.

Staal production with in-house rolling and robotic welding
For components requiring extra load-bearing capacity, we operate our own steel production line. With our in-house rolling machine, we shape steel profiles for our Flexhallen. A state-of-the-art welding robot ensures the heavy-duty floor frames and other steel components are welded with precision and unmatched strength.

Heavy-duty and Cassette floor production
We manufacture over 10,000 m² of cassette and heavy-duty floors annually at our own production facility. This in-house production allows for fully customized solutions, ideal for unique tent concepts like this project for WDM Events. Additionally, floor frames can be coated to provide extra durability and a premium finish.
